Master the art of deep somatic, emotional, energetic, and sexual healing work
May 29 – June 7, 2026 | Björnbacka, Stockholm, Sweden
You've been called to this work. You feel it in your body—the pull toward deep healing, toward helping others release what they've carried for too long.
But you're tired of superficial trainings that leave you with techniques but no real capacity. You want depth without spiritual bypass. You want mastery, not shortcuts.
The Dearmouring Practitioner Training is a comprehensive, practitioner-level journey into deep somatic, emotional, energetic, and sexual healing work. This training is not just about learning techniques—it is about developing the capacity to work with depth, presence, and integrity.
Through a refined, embodied framework integrating anatomy, nervous system intelligence, emotional literacy, energy work, and presence-based facilitation, you learn how to meet intensity and vulnerability without force, performance, or spiritual bypass.
This is adult work. For those ready to meet themselves, take responsibility, and develop true practitioner integrity.
"This training brought me to myself. I came with expectations of what I would learn, and left understanding how deep healing really works—in myself and with others."
Bodyworker, Germany
"The depth of work and quality of holding was beyond anything I've experienced. Susanna and Phill create a container of safety that allows for real transformation."
Somatic Therapist, Sweden
"I learned more about the nervous system and trauma in 10 days than in years of other trainings. The integration period afterward was crucial for embodying everything."
Breathwork Facilitator, Netherlands
Functional understanding of fascia, organs, muscles, breath, and the nervous system—to work safely, responsibly, and with precision.
Learn how emotional charge is stored and released, how to track regulation and dysregulation, and guide depth without re-traumatization.
How to prepare clients, read readiness, and support those who disconnect, intellectualize, or override sensation.
Presence, attunement, compassion, and clarity trained as skills—not concepts. Why technique without presence limits depth.
Working with fear, grief, rage, shame, and pleasure as somatic experiences—supporting honest expression without collapse.
Understanding how emotional and energetic charge moves through the body-field and how to work with it intelligently.
Consent as a living, embodied practice. Includes tracking cues, responsibility, projections, and shadow dynamics.
How habitual thought patterns maintain contraction—and how to interrupt them gently to access authenticity and agency.
Deep work with root and sacral centers, including internal dearmouring, legacy sexual healing, and transformation of shame.
Precise language structures that support vulnerability, ownership, and emotional resolution.
How to structure sessions depending on client needs, maintain ethical clarity, and avoid dependency or confusion.
Inviting the body to open deeply without force—external and internal body dearmouring including root, sacral, and throat work.
"Participating in the training has been one of the most significant experiences I've ever had. The depth, the skill of the facilitators, and the beauty of the group process have left lasting imprints."
Psychologist, Norway
"I feel freer, more alive and with a stronger connection to my spirituality. The work we did opened doors I didn't know existed within me."
Training Participant
"This training changed everything about how I work with clients. The integration of theory and practice, the depth of the container—it's unmatched."
Tantra Teacher, Denmark
This training is held within a 6-month practitioner container to support real embodiment and integration. This structure exists for one reason: to build real capacity, confidence, and practitioner integrity over time.
This preparation is essential and forms the backbone of the in-person work.

Through years of clinical practice and deep listening, he developed Insight Osteopathy and later Fieldwork—a presence-based practice that supports regulation, integration, and self-recognition through the body.
Phill teaches with clarity, precision, and restraint, working in deep respect for the body's innate intelligence. His approach brings together somatic understanding with psychological depth.
